gnu: Remove python-rednose.

This package is broken with the latest python version, and is easy to
remove.

* gnu/packages/check.scm (python-rednose): Delete variable.
* gnu/packages/python-xyz.scm (python-sure) and
* gnu/packages/web.scm (python-httpretty):
[arguments]: Add 'remove-rednose-dependency in {phases}.
[native-inputs]: Remove python-rednose.
