* gnu/packages/c.scm (aws-c-auth): New variable.
* gnu/packages/patches/aws-c-auth-cmake-prefix.patch,
gnu/packages/patches/aws-c-auth-disable-networking-tests.patch: New files.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add them.
