gnu: bowtie: fix build errors

* gnu/packages/bioinformatics.scm (bowtie): Add 'supported-systems' field and
  add Makefile patch.
* gnu/packages/patches/bowtie-fix-makefile.patch: New file.
* gnu-system.am (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
