* gnu/packages/patches/glog-gcc-5-demangling.patch: Delete file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Adjust accordingly.
* gnu/packages/logging.scm (glog): Update to 0.4.0.
[source]: Use GIT-FETCH.
[arguments]: Remove.
