guix: cpu: Recognize CPUs through GCC-15.

* guix/cpu.scm (cpu->gcc-architecture)[x86_64]: Match with new
cpu-family.  Update matched CPUs.
[aarch64]: Update matched CPUs.
(gcc-architecture->micro-architecture-level): Add new gcc architectures.
