gnu: ghc-persistent: Fix build on i686-linux.

* gnu/packages/haskell-xyz.scm (ghc-persistent)[source]: Add patch.
* gnu/packages/patches/ghc-persistent-fix-32bit.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Register it.
