* gnu/packages/python-crypto.scm (python-kerberos): Update to 1.3.1.
[build-system]: Switch to pyproject.
[arguments] <tests?>: Switch off as no in PyPI and require networking to
pass.
[native-inputs]: Add python-setuptools and python-wheel.
