Register missing files.

* Makefile.am (SCM_TESTS): Add tests/hexpm.scm, tests/ipfs.scm.
* gnu/local.mk (GNU_SYSTEM_MODULES): Add gnu/tests/lightdm.scm,
gnu/tests/sddm.scm.
* po/doc/local.mk (EXTRA_DIST): Add po/doc/po4a.cfg.
