Adjust style.
[arguments]<test-flags>: Ignore just one test.
[native-inputs]: Remove python-flake8 and python-pytest-flake8; add
python-pycodestyle, python-pyflakes, and python-pytest-datadir.
[description]: Start from a new line, fix fill column.
