[source]: Switch to git-fetch; PyPI does not have tests.
[arguments] <test-flags>: Disable tests needing python_codspeed or access dbus.
[native-inputs]: Remove python-wheel; add python-pytest, python-pytest-cov,
python-pytest-asyncio, and python-covdefaults.
