gnu: Add dbxfs.

* gnu/packages/file-systems.scm (dbxfs): New variable.
* gnu/packages/patches/dbxfs-remove-sentry-sdk.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Register it.
