profiling: Add a "gc" profiling component. 
* guix/profiling.scm (show-gc-stats): New procedure.
<top level>: Call 'register-profiling-hook!'.

* guix/profiling.scm: New file.
* Makefile.am (MODULES): Add it.
* guix/store.scm (record-operation): Use 'profiled?' and
'register-profiling-hook!'.
