gnu: gdm: Don't offer GNOME when it's not in the system profile.

* gnu/packages/patches/gdm-default-session.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
* gnu/packages/gnome.scm (gdm)[source]: Use it.
