Harmonize serifs and hook/bar terminals of զ/լ/յ/ց (Armenian). (#2571)

Browse source 
* Make bar terminal of `լ` match `զ` under QP.

* Make `զ`/`լ`/`յ`/`ց` match each other.

* Reduce glyph count surrounding `g` and cleanup.

* Minor cleanup of `ծ` and `ձ`.

* Subtle optimization of `◌՟`.

* Add Armenian language sample.
