Add sample text for four languages (#1561)

Azerbaijani, Croatian, Dutch, and Esperanto.<br>
Croatian and Dutch show off compatibility ligatures. Azerbaijani shows off schwa in natural language, and Esperanto shows off its specific circumflex consonants.
