Fix cyrl-ka slab variants for SSs without italics (#2024) 
Also fix cent/brace for `ss06` and eth/`1` for `ss10`.

Also clean up the order of which SSs select variants to be mostly in the order of the variant selectors' indices.

Simplify turn-m slab behavior to mimic `u`, Remove italic slab overrides for SS's whose original fonts only have oblique/faux-italic forms, populate Greek mu and Micro Sign slab overrides to match with `u` or each other where applicable.

ss13 variant selection fixes (#1944) 
some character variants under `ss13` were either unset or inaccurate to Lucida Console. The variant for `a` under slab seemed to be erroneous as well.

Additionally, iota and tau are corrected for `ss05` and `ss08`.
