Fix h/m/n/r slabs for SSs w/o italic forms (#1972) 
Also fix Greek lambda for certain SSs, either under slab (`ss10`, `ss14`), under italics (`ss15`, `ss17`), or simply because it was undefined before (`ss16`).

Clean up serifs for u, turn-m, micro, Greek mu. (#1969) 
Simplify turn-m slab behavior to mimic `u`, Remove italic slab overrides for SS's whose original fonts only have oblique/faux-italic forms, populate Greek mu and Micro Sign slab overrides to match with `u` or each other where applicable.

ss13 variant selection fixes (#1944) 
some character variants under `ss13` were either unset or inaccurate to Lucida Console. The variant for `a` under slab seemed to be erroneous as well.

Additionally, iota and tau are corrected for `ss05` and `ss08`.
